Shipping

Every Item is posted from Co. Clare, Ireland, using the Irish National Postal service, An Post. I send everything via standard post.  However if you have selected "express" or "tracked" you will receive a tracking number with your "Item dispatch" notification, which you should receive via email on the same day as your item is dispatched.

Under normal circumstances standard An Post shipping within Ireland will get to you in 1 or 2 days. UK about 3 to 5 working days.  However due to the current global pandemic there are some delays both within and outside of Ireland.  So we just ask that you have some patience as postal services try to deal with what must be a very difficult situation.
Anywhere outside of Ireland and the UK I cannot be sure of time span, it is in constant flux. I am aware that posting to Australia can (usually) take up to 2 or 3 weeks, America 1 to 2 weeks. If you are outside of Ireland and the UK, please get in touch for a more up to date clarification.

Other peak times (like Christmas) may also experience delays.
If you are concerned about the length of time you have been waiting for your item, please please do get in touch. I promise to do my absolute best to resolve any issues. 

 

Returns & Refunds

As a small handmade business, customer service means everything to me and I want nothing more than for my customers to be happy with their shopping experience. So if, for any reason, you would like to exchange your item or request a refund, you have 28 days after receiving your item to get in touch about a return.

With that, I do kindly request that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact me, Aisling at taerjewellery@gmail.com. Simply quote your full name and or the order number (you can get this order number on the confirmation email you received upon purchase). If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and do get in touch immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  If you have a query around this, please again, do get in touch.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (using the method outlined above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
