Shipping and Returns


Everything is posted from Dublin, Ireland, using the Irish National Postal service, An Post. I register everything that is posted, as such, you will receive a tracking number with your "Item dispatch" notification, which you should recieve via email on the same day as your item is dispatched.

Post within Ireland will usually get to you in 1 or 2 days. UK about 2 to 5 working days. Anywhere outside of that I cannot be sure of time span. Although, I am aware that posting to Australia can take up to 2 or 3 weeks, America 1 to 2 weeks.

Please note that peak times (i.e. Christmas) post may take longer.

If you are concerned about the length of time you have been waiting for your item, please please do get in touch. I promise to do my absolute best to resolve any issues. As a small handmade business, customer service means everything to me and I want nothing more than for my customers to be happy with their shopping experience.
All items are sent in a small Taer Jewellery
 gift box, nicely wrapped in paper and string, inside a recyclable envelop. Any extra requests regarding packaging, please do let me know in your message upon purchase.


Taer Jewellery offers a 28 day full refund for return policy. I get it!! It can be difficult to know if the item will suit you for what you want, especially when online shopping.  So with that, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please do contact me within 28 days of receiving it. Unfortunately, for health and safety reason, I cannot accept returns of earrings that have been worn.

For any other orders, when you have safely returned the item in original condition, I will refund the full price of your purchase, however I cannot accept responsibility for repaying postage and handling charges of the return.

I hope this answers at least some of your shipping questions, and gives a little insight of what to expect when dealing with Taer Jewelllery.
